How long does delivery take? +

Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed.

How much does delivery cost? +

Delivery is free on orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat delivery charge of £3.99 applies.

Do you deliver outside the UK? +

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only. We do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, or international addresses.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. All payments are encrypted and secure.

Can I track my order? +

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation. If you need an update, contact us with your order reference and we'll check the status for you.

What is your returns policy? +

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our full returns policy for details.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do? +

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund straight away.

How do I know a product will work for me? +

Every product page includes full specifications, compatibility details, and what's in the box. If you're still unsure, contact us — we're happy to help you pick the right thing before you buy.

Is my payment information secure? +

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. We never store your card details on our servers.
