1. About us
GardenHabitat is a trading name of MC Trading Group Ltd, Company No. 17200388, registered in England & Wales. Registered address: 7 Market Square, Bishops Castle, SY9 5BN. By placing an order on gardenhabitat.co.uk you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.
2. Orders and contract
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Prices may change at any time but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
- Payment is taken in full at the time of order via Stripe.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
4. Delivery
- We deliver to UK addresses only.
- Free delivery on orders over £50. Orders under £50 incur a £3.99 delivery charge.
- Estimated delivery is 2–5 working days from dispatch.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.
5. Returns and refunds

- You have 30 days from receipt to return an item for any reason.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the return.
6. Product information
We take care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations may occur. Compatibility details are as stated by the manufacturer and may be subject to change.
7. Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
8. Your consumer rights
These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
