What data we collect

When you place an order we collect:

Your name and email address
Your delivery address
Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Your order history

If you create an account we also store a securely hashed password. We never store passwords in plain text.

We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring.

How we use your data

To process and fulfil your orders
To send order confirmation and shipping updates
To respond to customer service enquiries
To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making.

Who we share data with

Stripe — payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy
Avasam — order fulfilment and shipping. Your delivery address is passed to our supplier to dispatch your order.
Resend — transactional email delivery.
Railway — hosting infrastructure.
